My goal since day one has been to become an incredible asset, providing technical knowledge as well as the best customer service in the business.”

Sean Estella is the General Manager of Richard Dean Associates, focusing not only on inside sales support, but also working closely with RDA’s rep principals to continually improve the experience of end users and AV partners.

He spent his early years fiddling with cassette four-track recorders and microphones which eventually led him to coursework at UMass Lowell (sound recording technology) and Massachusetts Communications College. Sean also spent many years as an independent live sound engineer in the Boston area and recording engineer at Oak Grove Recording in Malden, MA.

When not sending lightning-fast email replies, Sean enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife Janet have been married for over 20 years and have two boys, Bodie (9) and Evan (7). Sean has been a drummer since the age of 13 and has performed in many bands across New England. He also spends time binge watching Netflix, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and as of late attempting skiing.
