Bill has been a part of the RDA team now for over two decades. In 2022 he became a Co-Principal. Bill received his bachelor’s degree in marketing from UMass Amherst. He then spent time as the store manager for Daddy’s Junky Music at the Boston and Peabody locations winning four store of the year awards in a decade. RDA became his next career move. He’s done everything here from inside sales, to retail, and finally managing the systems channel efforts. Bill has been the “systems” person at RDA, interfacing with dealers, consultants, and end users across the territory. To many of our accounts, he is the face of Shure. A few years back, Bill headed up our effort to partner more closely with our end users, more specifically the colleges and universities. This effort won him awards from multiple manufacturers including Shure and Listen. Recently he spearheaded the effort to create the Tech Lab demo/showroom/training facility here at the RDA office in Newburyport.

In his spare time, Bill is a long-suffering guitar addict, amateur photographer, Patriots fan, and when the weather is nice pretends to be a bicycle enthusiast. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Louanne, new band, and his growing list of grandchildren.
