Rob is a dedicated professional with over 13 years of experience in the Commercial AV and Acoustics fields. With a strong foundation in Architectural Acoustics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Audio Production from Middle Tennessee State University, Rob’s career is marked by a series of upward strides managing sales territories, guiding custom specification and manufacturing projects, and cultivating markets for niche, technical innovations. Rob is particularly known for his skill in communicating elusive concepts across stakeholder levels, making complex ideas accessible and actionable. Rob’s approach to sales and marketing is deeply rooted in his passion for audio technology. His ability to leverage this passion into tangible business results makes him a sought-after collaborator in the industry.
The great audio and electro-acoustics educator Don Davis once famously wrote, “If bad sound were fatal, audio would be the leading cause of death,” or more bluntly, “If bad sound killed, we’d all be dead.” Perhaps nothing can inspire a deep emotional response more powerfully than great music or sound design delivered through fantastic technology and acoustics. Similarly, few things are more irritating than an inadequate or defective audio system. As I walk our Earth, hearing all the opportunities for improvement, I am assured that there will always be a market for great AV technology.
